For our unforgettable day, we have chosen a beautiful Resort Green Valley, located at Chotýšany 16, 257 28.

The ceremony will begin at 14:30 and will take place on the grassy area, followed by the reception under the large pergola.

Regarding accommodation, you don't need to worry about it, as we have arranged it for you directly at the resort. It consists of beautiful double or triple rooms with private bathrooms. If you're curious and would like to see what Green Valley looks like in advance, you can visit the resort's website.

We believe that most of you are capable of getting to Chotýšany on your own, however not everyone Therefore, we would like to ask those of you who will have available seats in your cars if you could give a ride to our friends who don't have their own means of transportation. Let us know about it, in the questionnaire when checking the atendance.

We will have lunch and dinner prepared for you, both in the form of buffets. However, please note that lunch will be served late, around 15:30, so we recommend having a hearty breakfast in the morning. We will strive to include options for our friends with dietary restrictions in the menu.

We will also provide for you the beverage options. You will have a choice of various non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and Aperol Spritz. To ease our budget and your livers, we have decided not to provide hard liquor, but it will be available at your own expense.

If you stay with us until morning, breakfast will be waiting for you on Sunday at the restaurant from 8:00 to 11:00.

For our maximal enjoyment of the day, we would like to ask everyone to attend the ceremony in semi-formal attire. Additionally, we kindly request to avoid wearing white dresses and suits, as well as black dresses or all black attire, which are associated with mourning. Also to refrain from excessively extravagant pieces (such as sequins). If you are still selecting your attire or wish to tune in with us, we have attached the color palette of our wedding for inspiration.

Be sure not to forget to bring your favorite comfortable clothes for changing. After the first dance, we will transition from formal to party mode. There will be opportunities to use the sports and recreational facilities in the area, so feel free to pack some extra sneakers, shorts, and T-shirts. And for sunbathers and water enthusiasts, there will be a pool available, so we recommend packing swimsuits in your bags as well.

Leave your pets at home.

As for your wild beasts (read: children), they are heartly invited as well. We just kindly ask that you consider the age of your child, and eventualy joined the celebrations after the ceremony for a smooth flow of events. The ceremony might be very boring, long, and challenging for children.

Perhaps you haven't given it much thought and just saw it as a beautiful decoration, but there's more to it than meets the eye. Besides the aesthetic aspect, we chose blue butterflies for their wonderful symbolism.

Butterflies typically symbolize transformation, rebirth, or entering a new phase of life. For us, this symbol signifies the end of our single lives and the beginning of a shared life. 

And why specifically blue butterflies? Because blue ones symbolize joy, beauty, hope, and also happiness, which is exactly what would like to have at our wedding and throughout the rest of our happily ever after.
